I take a holistic approach to Personal Training, analysing exercise history, lifestyle, personality, medical history, nutrition and current activity levels. After assessing these various factors I then propose my recommendations based on these findings. I have come from the hospitality industry working as an Executive chef in which I spent 19 years.

This has given me a crucial understanding of the various pressures people face whilst trying to earn a living, be successful and live a healthy and balanced life.

My mission is to provide outstanding Personal Training services to people of all ages and fitness levels. And to assist and motivate them to achieve their fitness goals, while putting myself out there to encourage others to understand the benefits of health and fitness.

My Approach:

First you will undertake a screening form discussing your goals, personal details and medical history, followed by static and dynamic testing to discover your current health and fitness levels.

Together we will review the results and asses some realistic goals, outline a strategy and time frame to achieve them.

Sessions last one hour and will consist of various aerobic, anaerobic, resistance and x- training methods including boxing, kettle bells, TRX suspension trainer and more.

Your progress is constantly monitored through ongoing testing and you may also be asked to do exercise activities outside your sessions.

Location

Training can be carried out at the convenience of your home, workplace or outdoors. Depending on your location a travelling fee may apply and is priced upon application.

Packages:

I offer advanced one on one or small group sessions and personally tailored nutrition programs, Bridal and other bootcamps. Please send me an email or phone for availability and rates.

Terms:

All sessions are to be paid in advance and all cancellations require 24hrs notice or will be charged.

Hours:

6am - 9pm Monday - Friday

8am - 5pm Saturdays

Pricing:

1 x Personal Training session $60

6 x Personal Training sessions $55 each (Paid in advance)

12 x Personal Training sessions $50 each (Paid in advance)
