The day I visited Indica Spa became a very pleasant and truly refreshing. Every working woman knows how stress is mapping our faces and our spirits, and sometimes transforms us first into tired and irritable creatures, and at the next stage we turn exhusted and blank. Even when we know it is not a permanent physical and spiritual state for us, we feel terrible. Imagine how grateful I was to Indica Spa for bringing back me - Lilia, - as a rested, relaxed, and much more kind and pleasant woman.

I want to give an analogy of what I felt.

Many of us know and like that phenomenon called one-stroke-brush Japanese art: the Master Artist takes a brush soaked in ink (or in aquarelle), and in just one stroke with perfectly precise variations in its width, length and intensity creates an image that has it all: the character, proportions, beauty and life. I thought of this art during my Relaxation Spa while that one long (two hours long) meditatively soothering and refreshing stroke of massage brought back from "blank and exhusted" my character and the desire to be Oh! So Nice!.
